Pay for the loads.
Not the headcount.
Most freight tech hides the real number behind three forms and a sales call. Ours is right here. $650/mo platform and transparent per-load rates. One platform fee, and you pay for loads.
Estimate your bill before you ever talk to sales.
Move the sliders. Your number updates as you go, no form, no phone call.
AI access has its own pricing.
The Sunnybrook MCP server lets your team and your favorite LLMs call our API directly. Pick a tier based on how chatty your AI workloads are, usage is metered, overages are predictable.

One call = one tool invocation by the LLM. Audit log, scoped keys, and read/write capability split are included on every tier. See how MCP works →
One plan. Everything included.
No tiers to compare, no features held back to sell you the next one up. Every brokerage on Sunnybrook gets the whole platform. You pay for the loads you move.
Own the platform. Run it however you want.
For enterprise ops, private equity-backed roll-ups, and freight innovators who'd rather buy than build, license the Sunnybrook codebase. Deploy it in your VPC, fork it, evolve it. We'll help.
- Full source access, frontend, API, infrastructure
- 12 months of update access and engineering hours
- Migration assistance off your existing TMS
What counts as a load?
A load is any shipment that goes from quote → BOL in your tenant. Quotes you never book don't count. FTL and LTL are billed separately: the base platform fee includes 200 FTL a month, and FTL above that is billed at your volume rate of $3.00 per load, $2.95 above 1,500, $2.90 above 2,300, and $2.85 above 5,000. LTL is a flat $4.00 per load with no included tier.
Do you charge per user / per seat?
No. Every plan includes unlimited seats, the implementation tier is driven by your integration footprint, not your headcount. We'd rather have your whole team on Sunnybrook than locked out of it.
Can I switch plans?
Up or down, any time. Changes take effect on your next bill.
What does implementation cost?
It's a one-time fee, billed at kickoff, sized by your integration footprint: $1,500 for Base (up to 10 standardized integrations), $5,000 for Standard (up to 20), or $10K – $20K for Enterprise (20+ custom integrations). Implementation includes data migration, integration wiring, and team training, with no separate professional services line item.
How does the "buy the code" license work?
You pay a one-time license fee (sized to your business) and get full source access plus 12 months of update streams and engineering hours. After that you can renew the update tier, or run it on your own. Request a quote.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 14-day full-access pilot after your demo. Bring your real data and your real customers, that's the only way to know if Sunnybrook fits.
